Public Portfolio
This public site is dedicated to passions I have in secure computation, theoretical structures, mathematics and natural systems such as mycological networks. I use this blog to host projects I am working on, as well as previous work I have completed and or/published. Not exhaustive but updated often :)

Bayesian Regression
How can we create a model when we have random data, and we are unsure about the links between each point? Moreovoer, how can we use intuition to guide our decision making process? Bayesian regression uses the ideal of "intuition" or belief, into model creation. We can do this by applying this belief in the form of "weights" on coefficients of the final model. Lattice-Based Schemes
WORK IN PROGRESS: Analysis of research on lattice-based cryptography schemes, including the security and implementation of Learning With Errors (LWE) and its relationship to NP-hard problems Shortest Vector Problem (SVP) and Closest Vector Problem (CVP). Focused on the mathematics behind the concepts, as well as next steps in my learning journey. Check out my chapter here:
Convex Optimisation
WORK IN PROGRESS: Problems solved, notes taken, and a collection of definitions on convex optimisation, covered the chapters in Stephen Boyds' Introduction to Convex Optimsiation and the YouTube series of the same.
Cryptography
Simple Ciphers
Chapter on simple ciphers from my last cryptography unit. My notes are indicative of my learning style: I take fun! Covered are Vignere ciphers, and the Kasiski method that proved that they were not-secure. Also OTPs, and other simple ciphers.
Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKP)
WORK IN PROGRESS: Conceptual implementation and analysis of non-interactive zero-knowledge protocols (e.g., Zk-SNARKs) for privacy-preserving verification. Nothing new, mostly just my understanding of works done by Goldwasser.
BKZ-LLL Optimisations
WORK IN PROGRESS: Particularly focused on different dynamic BKZ modelling. See GitHub Project and papers referenced.
Networking
SDN Controller and DoS Preventative Peer Support
A Python-based Software-Defined Networking (SDN) controller for managing network traffic flows in a virtualized environment. DOS Preventative capabilities through the use of a peer-supported network.
LEO Satellite Routing Simulation
NIDS with Machine Learning based on BPH
A Network Intrusion Detection System utilising machine learning models to identify and alert on anomalous network traffic patterns. Specifically, content that mimics that way Bullet-Proof Hosted sites.
Cyber Security Projects
Cyber Security Intelligence Reports
JACIB - Just Another Cybersecurity Intelligence Blog...
Intrusion Detectiton Systems Studies
WORK IN PROGRESS: Malware Analysis. Studies related to content on dynamic malware analysis, and components in static.
Cybersec Automation Playbooks in SPLUNK SOAR
WORK IN PROGRESS: Splunk SOAR Automation Playbooks. In this project, I house several autoamtion playbooks that have been created withint the Splunk SOAR environment, and give step by step instructions on how to create your own. Playbooks are based around many of the possible automations in the PHANTOM suite.
Mycology
Edible identification
Edible Species often have many poisonous look a-likes, and this project goes into depth to provide accurate up to date referencing guides and materials to aid positive identification.
Cultivation Projects
Personal blog on cultivation of several types of fungi including edulis boletus, Pleurotus ostreatus (Oyster Mushroom) growth, and other kinds.
Bioremediation
Personal notes on plastic bioremediation, especially mycobioremediation. Several varieties have been commericalised but I am focusing on creating a journal on the attempts and research.
